Michael Stal is the chair for exhibitions and practitioner
report track for ECOOP 2003. He is one of the best-known
experts in the area of object-orientation, patterns and
architecture world-wide, author of two best seller books in
the field and a very successfull tutorial speaker at many
well-known conferences in object-orientation. Michael is
a computer engineer and scientist with Siemens Corporate Technology for almost 10 years now where he is head of the Networked
Systems - Middleware and Application Integration group as well as Senior Principal Engineer.
