Registration Fees
This page details the pricing scheme. THE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
Important Note for Netscape 4.x users:
Under some circumstances you'll see a white page at the end of the registration process. However, usually the registration was accepted and you should receive an e-mail with the registration confirmation within a couple of minutes.
If you receive no email then please try to register again or send us an email with the information you would have entered during the registration and we'll register you by hand. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Time frames for registration:
- Early Registration, possible
up to June 20, 2003
For hotel reservations after June 6 we do not guarantee that you will get a room in one of the Maritim Hotels. After June 6, you'll get an extra confirmation whether or not we were able to reserve a room for you. If we can book a room for you, you'll get it for the price & period mentioned on your registration.
- Late Registration, possible
from June 21 till one week before conference start.
- On Site Registration
Registration fees:
- If no reduced fees are listed, regular fees apply.
- The Banquet fee (80 €) is included in the conference fee, except for
students.
- The fee for accompanying persons includes all evening events
(Reception, Welcome Party, Banquet)
Important note on Student Registration:
In order to give you the student's rate, we need a confirmation from the dean of
the faculty, or from the university administration (Confirmation of registration /
enrollment), where you are officially registered as a regular student. In short, you should have a valid matriculation number
with a university.
It is very important to put on the Fax your first name and last name and the ID you
will get at the end of the online registration.

Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation requests faxed or mailed by 4 July 2003 will be accepted subject to a
€50.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be made within four weeks of the end of the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after
4 July 2003. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written authorization.

Conference materials (Proceedings, Tutorial Notes, etc.) which are not picked up at the conference will not be shipped to the registrant after the conference.
