Official programme

There are official events at Monday, Wednesday and Thrusday evening, each one beginning at 7 pm. The Conference Dinner has to be payed seperately if you are a student or participate only in workshops or tutorials.

Monday: Reception

The reception will be in the "Otto Berndt Halle" at the conference site. It is always included.

Wednesday: Welcome Party

The "Welcome Party" will take place in the Maritim Hotel in the Rheinstraße 105. It is always included.

Thursday: Conference Dinner

The "Conference Dinner" will be in the Orangerie in Darmstadt.

You can book tours via the conference office for yourself or accompanying persons. On this page we will present different tours as they become available which will probably be at the beginning of June. If you wish to book a tour, please do so via the conference office. So that the reservation will be handled for you. No extra charges will arise for you. You can do so either by writing an email giving your registration id or directly at the conference site. These tours are not arranged by us but are regular tours of a tourist agency. You will pay these tours directly to the tourist agency. Boat tour to Rüdesheim

On Tuesday, July 22, you can attend a boat tour. You find the schedule below. This tour can no longer be booked in advance but you can still book it during the conference at the registration. The price is 17 €.

The Rheingau Music Festival

The Rheingau Music festival presents concerts of many different epochs and genres. There are also some concerts during the time of the ECOOP. Tickets for the festival, however, cannot be booked via the conference office.
